Attached below is the 2012 Fire Exposition Package. The Contract and Registration form must be completed and returned with your payment to Chief Howard at the address listed below. Questions should also be directed to Chief Howard.

A reminder that Vehicle Spaces (8' x 30'; 8' x 40; 8' x 60') are for VEHICLES ONLY. All buildings are air conditioned. Hotel reservations should be made direct to the hotel via telephone. With the growth of the show the demand for rooms increase, especially in the conference hotels, therefore if you call direct you will know immediately if a room is available. Rule changes pending on reservations & cancellations. Rooms are not available in contracted hotels until April 15, 2012.

Badges must be worn to permit admittance before show hours. This list will be used to complete identification badges for your Representatives, enter the names as you want them on the badges. Three badges will be issued for the first booth/space, two badges will be issued for the second booth/space. Vendors will receive two badges for each additional booth/space over two.

Swapping or exchanging of Exhibitor Badges is prohibited. Any person found in violation will forfeit those Badges and possible suspension from future conferences.

Guest events are listed in the Conference Brochure. You must pre-register and you must fill out the registration form completely by checking off all the partners events you wish to attend. There will be absolutely no registration at the conference.
