Standard Booth Construction consists of 8 ft. high fabric background, 3 ft. high fabric side dividers, electricity (exhibitor must provide heavy duty extension cord), and an identification sign. Extra services, including furniture, are available from:

- Booth set-up will start Thursday, June 24th from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
- Apparatus set-up will start at 10:00am.
- 8'x10' & 10'x10' only: Booth set-up will be continuing on Friday, June 25th from 8:00am until 9:00am.
Friday, June 25th: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday, June 26th: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday, June 27th: 9:00am - 2:00pm
Rooms at the fiour contracted hotels are not available for reservations until April 15th. The Host Hotel Rate is only $107.00. For guarantee of the conference rate you must register by May 21st. Hotel reservations must be made by telephone.

Please take a moment to review our Rules & Regulations. One copy of the Contract and Agreement shall be returned to the Chairman of the Exhibit Committee. A check covering the full amount for the rental space(s) must accompany the Contract and Agreement and received 30 days prior to the opening of the Expo.
